So, it’s the 2nd December which means we are now past the end of the 30 day ab challenge.
First off, a quick but massive thank you to Melissa for organising the whole thing, uploading the videos, sharing the exercises and offering advice. Much appreciated chica!
I really loved the 30 day ab challenge, although I started off amazingly and tailed off a little bit toward the end, but I still think I’ve seen results. I definitely feel like my abs feel better.
There’s still MUCH improvement to be made to my overall core strength – it really is quite poor – but now I have loads of ideas and exercises to try out and work into my routine.
